Your studio will be ready when you arrive. The Outset team will walk you through the equipment: microphones, headphones, cameras if you are on video. Everything will be running everything is running before you start. No experience needed.

Record your episode, interview, or series. Once you are done, your audio and video files are transferred and ready. Add editing, social clips, or AutoPod as optional extras if needed.

Optional add-ons such as a studio engineer, teleprompter, social clips, draft edit with camera switching, or secure file storage are available at an additional cost. You get professional broadcast microphones, acoustic treatment, and multi-track recording. Video podcast studio hire adds 4K cameras, professional LED lighting, and multi-angle video output, perfect for publishing to YouTube or cutting social clips for Instagram and TikTok. Both formats include the full studio space, setup walkthrough, and post-session file access. If in doubt, video hire gives you the most flexibility as you can always drop the video later.

Standard podcast studio hire bookings can be rescheduled within our standard cancellation window. Full details are provided at the point of booking. If you need additional flexibility, the Flexible Rescheduling add-on is available for £21 per session. This allows you to move your booking with short notice, which is particularly helpful when recording with guests whose schedules can change. This is especially useful for podcast series or regular recurring recordings.
